Sometimes You Just Got To Sit Back & Relax.


Many of us feel that life is passing us by and it is moving far too quickly for us to have the time to enjoy it all. We are so caught up in our jobs and in our family responsibilities that we forget about the important things in life like happiness and relaxation. Many of us are buried under a pile of work that we are never going to get out from under and we just don’t seem to take the time to step back from it all and to just put aside some time for ourselves. We live in a society that expects too much from us and everyone is growing increasingly impatient. Nobody wants to wait for anything and if they buy something, they want it delivered yesterday. This pace of life is not healthy from a mental and physical point of view and so we need to look for ways to slow ourselves down and to take things a little bit more easily.

This is where bongs, lighters, peace pipes, grinders come into the equation, because these devices allow us to enjoy some of the finer things in life that will help us to reduce our stress and anxiety levels. If you have been running around like a headless chicken as of late, then maybe the following ways on how you can slow down and live in the moment, might be applicable.

* Figure out what is important – Not everything can be equally important and so it is your job to figure out what you feel is more important to you. This is a job that you are currently in the job that you want to be doing for the next 30 years after you want something better. What is it that you hope to accomplish in this life and what you want people to talk about when you leave this mortal coil. Everyone should draw up a bucket list the things that they want to do before they’re too old to do it and you need to figure out who are the people that you want to spend time with and who are the ones that you just treading water with.

* Examine your responsibilities – We have so much stress in our lives because we take on too many commitments and many of these commitments are things that don’t affect us directly. It’s impossible to do everything and so you should be trying to delegate some of these responsibilities on to someone else. You need to accept that you just don’t have the time to do everything and you need to figure out what exactly are the commitments that are important in the ones that are not. If you have kids, put aside time for them every day the matter how busy you appear to be.

We only get one stab at this life and so it is important that we make the most of it. Anything that allows you to relax and anything that brings you peace of mind should be embraced. Anything that causes you stress and anxiety needs to be put off to the side to be dealt with at another time.
